Rethinking the Banking Experience


At Wells Fargo, I was tasked with redesigning parts of their global public site. Half the site was “old site”, half was “new site”. I created wireframes and sitemaps, and served as a liason between stakeholders to communicate.

The best part about working at Wells were the people. I made real friends here. I also learned the intricacies of a financial services institution, and how to better sell my ideas.

Product shipped. 

There was no form of user testing done in this project, unfortunately. I tried to make some happen, but the company culture wasn’t set up for it at the time.
